Made using 100% Pecorino grapes, this wine has a straw yellow color with yellow-green highlights. The nose offers complex aromas of ripe yellow fruit such as pear, peach and banana. It is intense and persistent on the palate, with a good structure and long finish. We suggest paring it with: seafood and fish dishes, spaghetti with mussels, aromatic salads, fried “olive ascolane”, ciabuscolo, salami, and soft cheeses with strong flavors such as Gorgonzola or blue cheese.
