This traditional Prosecco wine is completed when the ladies of Mareno di Piave come together during harvest for the ancestral tradition of "tying the corks." Instead of using a wire cage, they string tie the cork down to help avoid it being pushed out during re-fermentation in the bottle. With notes of Acacia flowers and peaches, this Italian sparkling wine is crisp and fresh with softer bubbles than a typical Champagne.
